Engl cabs are very good. If that is easily attainable go for it.

My suggestion is to get anything over-sized (mesa over-sized cabs are fine)for maximum woofy bass. Then get an ISP powered sub in the mix.

Everyone around you will be doomed. The bass will be out of control and Br00tal. Chests will explode.

The end

Chests will explode...hmmm..I like that

those chinese hiwatt high gain series with 150w fane speakers sound great
the speakers sound like bigger, darker and less gnarly greenbacks
and they have similar sensitivy, so they match celestions and scumbacks around 97-98db really really well (I paired one fane with a g12M 65w)
the 2x12 sounds great with my modded '73 jmp and also worked amazingly well with the stock '84 jcm 2203 I had, even at bedroom volume
the stock sound was really big and growly and much better than the 1960A I had with the several more expensive speakers I had
my '02 bogner shiva (silverback) prefers middy and loud v30's, but also sounds good with the fane speakers

The big oversized ENGL cabs will get the job done, I'm sure. Well made and dependable. If the ENGL dudes let you in the front door, try and sneak some photos for us! I'd love to see their HQ.

The HiWatt cabs are a good suggestion. I've seen some of the Doom/Stoner guys using HiWatt amps and cabs to great effect. Sunn amps and cabs as well. The original Doom Metal sound, as far as my (limited) knowledge of the genre allows. I think a 15 inch speaker will do you well. Randall used to make a 1x15 guitar cab, the Warhead I think? or X2. You could also grab a bass cab too. Nothing wrong with that. I really like the sound mixing a 2x12 with a 1x15 for any sort of music really. It really opens things up, IMO.

You could give Avatar Speakers (avatarspeakers.com) a call and see what they can do for you in terms of a 15 inch cab, but the shipping from the US to Austria will be brutal on the wallet. I'm a big fan of their cabs, and they are quite cheap. I've recommended Avatar cabs to everyone who's ever asked on this forum I think, haha.

The OS PPC cabs by Orange are worth looking into as well. The Avatar Contemporary cabs are very similar to the Orange stuff both in look and sound, for less cash. When I think of Stoner/Doom, I think Orange/Matamp/Sunn equipment.

What amp(s) are you running through? Some more info on your rig will help narrow down what kind of cab and speakers will work best.

Good luck on your search for the ultimate in Austrian Doom :).

Edit - If you don't think 15 inch speakers are good for anything other than bass or teh br00tlz metal, let it be known that Joe Perry uses quite a few 15 loaded cabs in his crazy live rig. I'm not a big Joe Perry fan, but you can't deny his importance. His rig is crazy! Check this stuff out. 20 feet of amps and cabs, all being used on stage. Oh, how I wish I was a millionaire.

I use is a vintage Cabotron 150 w tube head. I can´t find any info online regarding Cabotrons and how good they are but I can assure you one thing, If you crank it you might have to reassess your atheistic belief as Satan himself might come up complaining - wtf dude turn that thing down! ...I decide when to break all hell loose.
It only has a clean channel which sounds quite nice and warm. For distorion I will use a vintage Rat and a Boss FZ-2. Hopefully I will be fine with this rig, if not I would need to get some established name concerning the amp.

i believe paul kossoff or maybe mick ralphs used 15's all the time back in the day. i had a randall scott ian sig cab with 2 v30's and an emi legend 15. sounded great.

I have just finded out that using 2 amps and Splitting the Signal with a Stereo Phaser is a good Thing, I will still want to stick with the Cabotron head and cabinet, I have a marshall, but I will Need another cabient, what about a Sunn 215? I have found one for 300 € would that be any good?
