See how much free studio time they have donated to their 'commiunity' over the years. No one disagrees folks in communities need help - the business entity is not a person, maybe that is the confusion. Those isntruments are bought by the business, with business funds. People did not lose their personal things. Do you gather money for construction companies when a truck breaks down? You are mixing two things. Maybe you do this in your personal life - your business and personal account are mixed or something, but that is not the way a proper company is ran. They aren't out a dime, in reality. Did they lose some business investments? Yeah. Will they make enough to cover their repair/replacement costs? Also, yes.

I have been through multiple house fires brother, it is not the same as my place of business suffering the same, even if I am one of the owners of said business.

This is true but I make the distinction between a small business in this case and a mega corporation or conglomerate like Capital Records or Microsoft.


These guys aren't Capitol Records/Microsoft or Space X here.....


They are a small studio and they aren't Jay-Z or Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk.

Also there are so many problems in the world and sometimes one has to remember that one can't do everything on their own or owe everything to themselves.....

Everyone has problems all over the world and if one doesn't take the opportunity to help someone else when they can then how can one expect to get help in times of trouble and need.


If one can't donate or anything else or help in that way simply sharing Jasons story and taking ones times to put themselves in his shoes may be all one needs to do to help.

1000 year flood took 99% of everything I owned in 2017. Best friend was murdered by a hood rat on my job while I was out on bereavement because my little brother died. Daughter gave birth to a baby girl who died 32 hours later. All within a 30 day period. I didn’t ask or accept anything from anyone.

They said initially insurance was denied but being looked into...Sooooo they probably ended up doing just fine and got the coverage, and had community support also........

Yeah, I can't say I'm big on go-fund me's either.
A girl that used to live near me locally got in trouble a few years back because she started a go fund me for her sister who passed. But the clinker was she started it AFTER the funeral was finalized and paid for.
She tried scamming people by saying she (family) couldn't pay for anything. Meanwhile the girl (sister) already had a insurance plan set up and took care of costs.... Ughhhh, Whoooopsie!!! Lol
Now if I see someone that really needs help, and sometimes you can TELL they need help, I will give. Ya know.
