I know that the Marshall Comes with Heritage G12H30s & the Bogner comes with V30s. I'm wondering if there would be a huge tonal difference between the two if they both had V30s or both had Heritage G12H30s.

I would suspect so. Bogners have insulation. I've never seen a Marshall that was insulated. Furthermore, I would expect the Bogners to have a higher quality build based on past experiences with Marshall, but perhaps they've stepped it up a bit lately. Not to suggest that the construction is horrible, but Bogners are quite top-notch.

Are both newer? If so the Bogner cab will be the better constructed cab. Not sure on the tonal difference between the speakers you list in the same cab. I own (5) 4x12's and the Bogner (slant with v30's) is the top dog so in rating order its Bogner, VHT FB angled w/p50e, 83 Marshall 1960a w 75's, a Splawn straight wit manowars and guvnors in an x and Soldano with V30'. The Bogner cab sounds great with whatever amp ai run through it but leave it paired with the Ecstasy 101B

I have the Marshall 1960BHW But I'm gasing for a Bogner cab cause of the woody sound they produce.

I have a Bogner straight 4x12 and a Bogner OS 2x12. Both have V-30's and they are the best sounding cabs that I own, and the best sounding cabs that I've ever played through.

I have the 1960BHW and they are great cabs!! I did swap one pair of the G12H Heritage 55 hz for a pair of the G12H Heritage 75 hz. Great combo. Now the Bogner 4X12 is woodier IMO due to the design including the insulation. You cannot go wrong with Bogner 4X12 cabs even with V30s. My Cameron cab is similar and the V30s sound great in that cab and I did own a Bogner 4X12 when I had the XTC 101B. Awesome pairing!!

Over the years I have tried A LOT of cabs, and the Bogner 4x12's have proven the best for my application.
In my opinion, you just can't beat them.

I found a Suhr CAA 4x12 (made by the same folks as Bogner cabs, according to John S.) loaded with Scumbacks, last week in Orlando. The cab itself sounds identical to my Bogner cabs, due to VERY similar construction. So if you see one of the CAA cabs available, while searching for a Bogner, you might want to check it out, too. Even before I added the square of polyfil on the back panel, they sounded almost identical, but with polyfil you cannot tell them apart.

You can add the Cameron 4X12s too since they sound very similar to the Bogner 4X12's and are also made by the same people.
