I don't think so - I might agree with you. I'm not nearly as patriotic as you delusional yanks. I don't even live in the same country I was born into - it's unrecognisable. Being Australian means nothing these days. In modern Australia it means you are a mongrel. It wasn't always that way.
One of the reasons that I take the piss out of you all IS because you think are you live in a better country. The truth is you don't. It's even more shithouse than here in a lot of ways but don't for a moment think that I think here isn't shithouse as well. Some things might be subjectively better in the US - other things are decidedly worse - that's for sure.

In political theory, America is exceptional. In practice not so much. It is objectively exceptional in some ways though do to its economy and so on. In practice you are likely as well off or better elsewhere.
