I think you need some Greenbacks, so you can have all you "backs" covered.

Bogner 212OS - V30s
Stone Age 212C - Creambacks
Splawn 412 - Lynchbacks/V30s or Greenbacks
As the LBs break in, they are really impressing me.....like a cross between a T-75, Greenback, and V30. I know guys like Scott Splawn prefer the Creambacks, but I don't own a Splwn right now, and most of my aps are darker than his. Bogner, PWE, Mesa....

How about infamous V30s on the bottom/GB RIs on the top. This combo smokes with the Friedman BE-100 and also with the Cameron Atomica when I checked out at TM back in April. It sounded huge!!!![]()

Celestion says that is false. As long as frequencies balance.

Lynchbacks don't have enough mids alone for me. I think Creambacks will do.
....or G12-65s since they are both light weight like the LB.

Hmm...I ran a 4x12 with V30's and a 4x12 with Greenbacks side by side for a little while and the V30 cab was always louder than the Greenback cab.I love both speakers, but they didn't play well together from my experience. V30's are just louder.

THey have plenty of mids, just not the same mids as G12-65's. More upper mids and highs. On that note as I mentioned before, you should try the V30/GB RI mixture that is typcially used by Dave Friedman. I was quite surprised how good they sound.

I totally trust your experience man. However, look at how many guys run GBs and V30s, or T75s and V30s. I am like you and it would always bother me so I am going to try Creambacks and Lynchbacks like my buddy had, it ripped!
