I like that the Avantone's are Class A/B but I didn't see anything about them being Mosfet driven?????

Wasn't that why Matrix stopped production, supposedly they could get the same parts any longer?

I had one, used it with a Synergy system. Great sounding power amp and it kept the rack weight manageable.

It's a reference monitor power amp so its very clean/neutral. But if you push it close to its headroom threshold, it adds a bit of musical clipping, typical of Mosfets. Which I think is cool.
It should work great for your application.

The Rocktron Velocity 300 is killer I used one with my Kemper, it sounded fantastic.

Thanks I had only read the descriptuion what was on Sweetwater and for some reason they skipped over Mosfet. Wow these Avantone look very well built for Class A/B in 2026 and the price isn't bad at all.
