Well I don’t know wether he has or not, but an honest person would admit there were aspects of this scenario that they were not aware of and while it may not change their position, it should at a minimum prove to them that the guy never should have been there armed…

I’ve carried for 40 years and had no knowledge of which states were “duty to retreat” aside from states that I’d been to and verified reciprocity of my carry license before going there.
There were only 2 that I can remember.
I’d be willing to bet that most if not all blue lefty states are “duty to retreat” states just like Minnesota.
