LOLOL ok fine, let's go down that route. To answer your question "what about his backup gun?" my response is "He didn't have one. He was completely disarmed and on his knees on the ground and therefore did not pose a lethal threat."

Let's see your response to that and how it's going to be something OTHER than "He didn't have another gun? Well how would the police know that?"

Why is that not a logical answer? Do cops have the ability to freeze time so they can assess a chaotic situation this moron created instead of having to make a life and death decision in about 1.3 seconds? If the cops know he has a weapon but are unaware of where it is exactly, is actively resisting arrest and fumbling with his right hand to where his gun would have been, and is known to them to be a lunatic, why is it unreasonable to mag dump him?

You have repeatedly demonstrated a surprising ignorance of firearms laws, and use of force laws.
Both state, and federal. Long guns VS handguns. Open carry VS concealed carry.
It has been pointed out multiple times, by multiple members.
It's actually shocking how out of touch you are about this subject. 100% wrong on all accounts.

Add to that- the fact that you have your mind made up before i even respond, and that you have done so several times already, and it all adds up to it being a complete waste of my time to bother responding to you.

Well this is him at his Jan 13th altercation with ICE. If you look at 1:18 you can see the gun sticking out of the back of his pants.

It does not appear to be the Sig he had on the day he died.

By the way this is verified by the BBC and their facial recognition matched him at 97%
