Does this Jeff Swanson Hiwatt 4x12 cabinet have a port at the bottom of it?

Yes, ported. Hiwatt started that in 1971. Whoever ordered the cab from Jeff must have specified that.

I don't know who Jeff is, and I don't know those specific speakers, but ported Hiwatt cabs sound awesome.

I dig the F70 a lot. Have one in a recording 4x12 (different speaker every slot) and it’s become a go to for almost every amp I have.
Don’t know if there’s any difference but mine is the Avatar version.

Yes that is a port, like Hiwatt did…the new Sound City cabs are also like that.
