DSL100H clip, V30s, G12-65, T75

ok heres a couple more with different speakers. First is G12-65, T75, T75/V30 mix, V30 first clip. Now to be fair, i left the eq settings and everything the same from the v30 clip, i dont have time to sit and eq each speaker individually, but its basically everything at about 1:00 and my mids at about 9:30. As i would have predicted, i think i like the T75/v30 blend the most, id probably bump the v30 down a tad more though

i have a greenback, i took it out of my recording 4x12 though cause i find it horrible

What did you interface with?

a Scarlett 18i20, i go through my ramsa console though or the couple stam preamps i have though

I think I liked the 65 best with that tone personally, but they all sound good to various degrees

The greenback notch is one of those things that you either have to work with, or you have to work around

Just like the V30 honk

I swear half of the contrarian "I actually hate this popular thing that has been used by professionals for a million years" opinions on rig talk are just personal taste, user error, and working against the gear instead of working with the gear

Even the gear I personally have problems with, it's not that the gear is deficient, it's that I'm trying to plug the gear into situations that aren't where it's going to shine. Like no shit I'm not going to like an SLO or Recto with super fast triplet thrash riffs; I need to work with it to make it viable in that situation.
