Edwards Silverburst LPC?

Anyone know if Edwards, or Burny, has put out a Silverburst LPC? I’ve looked around but can’t seem to find one. An ebony fingerboard Silverburst is really what I’m going for, without spending $3K-$4K on one.


I won’t be buying one for a few months, just trying to plan out some purchases.

AFAIK Edwards has not, they've always only done black and white. No idea about Burny.

I have spent a fair amount of time scouring for silverbursts LOL, and don’t recall seeing any beyond Gibson/Epiphone

Find a Korean AS-1 Skolnick. Badass guitars.
The Silverburst is hard to find, though...

Guitar Center did a LP Standard Silverbust with ebony board in 2007-08, awesome guitar and can be found for a lot less than a custom.

While I dig most ESP’s I’ve played, I’m not a big fan of their Eclipse body shapes due to the sharper lower horn.

The only Epiphone’s with ebony boards I’ve seen are black or white. If I came across a Gibson for under $2K I’d consider it if I had the cash sitting around, but I’m really not keen on spending more than a grand on guitars in general, unless it’s something really damn cool.

I’d consider getting an Edwards or Burny Custom and having it re-finished.

Gibson made Silverburst studios ocassionally and these would be under $1000 used. Rosewood board though, but it's a Gibson.

Just tell yourself "at least it's not richlite".
