Egnater Tourmaster 4x12 vs Avatar Vintage 4x12

Anyone played through both?

I am looking at pros and cons.

I haven't played through either, but they are in the same general price range and both look nice.

A couple pros to me are:

Egnater:

Stereo (I don't thinnk you can get Avatars in stereo, but could be wrong)
Casters




Avatar:

Speaker choices


Thoughts?

I played the TM through one, and thought it sounded killer. I "think" they are not making the "USA" cabs anymore because the TM cabs turned out so good.....


take it for what it's worth, I thought it was a nice sounding cab.

I pretty sure you can get the Avatar in stereo if you want.

I bought a Tourmaster (bottom) 4X12 cab. Thought it sounded excellent (and quite a bit better than the Tourmaster top cab). Can't go wrong with its sexified looks either. I have an Avatar Open Back 2X12 that I'd probably never get rid of as it really sounds great but, the Egnater cab is stellar for the small amount of cash GC is asking for a new one.

I can't compare the two, but I have 2 Avatar Vintage 4X12's and am very happy with them. Dave is a great guy to talk with and he really knows his stuff. I think you should be able to get the Avatars in stereo if you request it.
