So I've gotten super into this band Ghost, and been learning to play their albums and branch out in scales and tones while doing so, half for just expanding my playing and half to find people to jam this with because this band is so damn good... Their tones are kinda fuzzy Orange not super gainy but there's some balls to it sorta tone in some of the songs

Outside of going out and buying a Thunderverb or whatever it is they used is there a pedal out there that I can put in front of my Micro Terror to beef up the more "rock/metal" tones that kinda have a hint of fuzz to it? The Orange alone sounds decent enough but some songs, like this one, need a little umf to it but my TS makes it sound a little too saturated or something. I've never really looked into fuzzes so I don't even know what to look for haha

It does not really sound like fuzz to me. I would think it would be easier to get type sound from your Splawn.

So funny, I saw the thread "...Fuzz" and immediately looked to the right for the last post to see if Mr. Sawall had commented.

Carry on, you're in good hands

I am drawn to fuzz like a moth to flame..... Only been obsessed for the last twenty years. Before that I was only interested.
