UPDATE: Here are ALL The Devices FBI Agents Seized from Swalwell at the Airport and the Serious Federal Statute Investigators are Pursuing Against Him

New information has emerged about Thursday’s bombshell news involving former Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell.

As The Daily Mail reported, FBI agents confronted Swalwell with a search warrant when he landed at San Francisco Airport on Saturday. They then took the former congressman’s electronic devices, including his cell phone, reportedly as part of a federal criminal investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct.

The agents also entered Swalwell’s DC home on Sunday with warrants and seized additional potential evidence.

Now, The San Francisco Standard exclusively revealed that the other items seized from Swalwell during the airport search were his MacBook Pro, charging cable, and wall charger. The items were taken at 8:25 p.m.

New information has emerged about Thursday’s bombshell news involving former Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell.

It’s still unknown what specific items were seized from Swalwell’s DC residence.

There’s more bad news for Swalwell. Per the Standard, the warrant was issued under federal statute 18 U.S.C. § 242.

The statute applies to federal, state, and local officials acting under “color of law” to deprive victims of their constitutional rights if the acts are committed while the official is supposedly performing their official duties.

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties.

The Justice Department notes that a defendant in the most severe cases may face life in prison or even the death penalty if convicted.

Considering Swalwell is being accused of multiple counts of sexual misconduct and assault, a lengthy prison sentence appears firmly on the table should he be convicted.

A former federal prosecutor told The Standard that while it’s unclear how Swalwell could be charged under this law, one potential avenue does exist for prosecutors.

“I am unfamiliar with the parts of this case that would give rise to that violation,” said Tony Brass, who added that a potential connection could be that Swalwell used his position to intimidate witnesses.

P.S., let's talk about espionage involving a certain well known Chi-Com Spy first. But there are many more charges before we arrive at your sexual assault problem. Gonna need some lube, boy. Your days of being one of the "cool kids" in Congress are a distant memory.

I remember when Fartswell had such a high profile in Congress at such a young age, I thought "this bastard is gonna be around for a LONG time".

I'm glad I was wrong. Youth is no guarantee of having a long career in politics. Lookin' at you, Squad (especially AOC) and Newscum, among others.

Fucking smug POS. Good riddance asshole...

The RT Soy Boy Beta Male Cucks love him though. They know who they are. :ROFLMAO:

Dude think about it right......

IMO if Republicans can flip seats they can stand to still lose the House yes but lose less than they would have without flipping seats and possibly remain in control given Fauci Diaries and WokeMericans refusal to apologize for their BS despite the Iran War.

And in the long run the main Ace is that the Democrats have no Ace.... And either Desantis, Rubio or JD Vance or anyone else can easily out compete AOC, Bernie, Kamala, Newsome that gay fucker ex Transportation Secretary or whoever....... Americans will never forgive these fuckers for Quarantines if they never admit to it much like Republicans and Afghanistan/Iraq and the Hosing Bubble x10.

That'd be awesome. Both of them are some of the most unlikable idiots to ever enter politics.
This and as said anyone on the Democrats side..... Kamala, Newsom and maybe AOC is the best they got ....

They are no match for a DeSantis, or a Rubio or a JD Vance, even if the House is lost, let's say we keep more seats than expected or gain some.... In either case in 2028 these guys aren't running against President Trump and they are running against new, better and stronger candidates than whatever Democrat Socialist have or care to present from to that point IMO.
