So yeah, he was found liable but in reality that doesn’t mean he was actually guilty.

I can argue it the other way too. When someone "famous" with political power is charged, it takes an undeniable preponderance of evidence to get a guilty verdict.

I’m not sure how you can argue that. Particularly in a civil trial where the burden of proof is dramatically lower.

I knew it was a civil suit. I knew he was convicted. I didn't know, nor did I care, that the weight of a guilty verdict was so much different. He was guilty, that's all I cared about. And that's all that matters. Guilty. The man's a pervert.

The burden of evidence is different between civil vs criminal cases.
Stop pretending they are the same thing.

Neither, he was found liable which to my understanding has a different legal definition than guilty.

Guilty = a crime was committed and guilt was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Liable = you are legally responsible for damages, but does not indicate or imply a crime was committed.
