Finally installed the "tone bra's" on my Celestion 75's

So it sounds the same standing behind the cabinet as it does standing in front?

What speakers are you using? How does it sound with different speakers?

Almost ! The cab was against a wall so I don't know. But seriously I would not believe my own claims had I not experienced it. You can accurately dial in your amp practically standing beside your cab.

I don't own one yet. As far as sprks, the guy had WGS Retro 30s and ET-65s. Not bad but I'll stick with Celestion. That is based on tone as I don't give a rats ass where they're made.

Guys, on a related note, yesterday I had a chance to try out a Mills acoustics Afterburner cab. It sounds great, first & foremost, but identical throughout the room. At virtually 90 degrees to either side, standing (ears 3 ft above of the cab) or kneeling in front (ears directly in the line of fire) of it the tone DOES NOT CHANGE. They absolutely solved the phasey, sounding different from every angle issues most cabs have. Blew my mind actually

I love my Bogner 4x12 but it definitely sounds different at various listening positions. Overall while I like the Bogner core tone just as much as the Mills, for overall performance, sound coverage and feel (the responsiveness of the Mills is ridiculous) the crown goes to the Mills. Honestly, no blockers or tone bras needed with this.

I am considering getting 2 of the the smaller afterburner cabs and loading in my 10 year old V30s in them. Has anyone heard the smaller Mills cabs?

yepp...my 'BEAST' 4x12 and 2x12 both feature the TB's.
