Last time I saw that vid TGP was throwing every excuse at the vid why that amp was sounding like that

That video sounds amazing IMO. And I find it a lot more impressive getting a great tone out of that an $2000 modeler.

so we have a financial thershold? I thought it had to be a JMP :)
Seriously, I/m as unimpressed by the G-dec as I was by the Axe-Fx clips when I got it to try. Very impressed by EJs playing though.
Anyways the point is I was as annoyed by the guys evangalizing the Axe as you are. Heck all I wanted it for was as another processor for a different set-up. But it started to replace a lot of the shit I used to use. All I know the box works for me, and I have yet to play ANY channel switcher I'd take over it through a VHT power amp. Would I take over one of my fave JMPs? Hell no, but that's because I have an emotional attachment to those having used them for 3 decades.

Its not like I only like JMP's.

I just dont have the money to buy a Tweed Bassman or an AC30.

On that same token, maybe thats why the Dweezil Axe Fx clip is the one thats really blown me away. ;)

And Steve's clip was pretty impressive as well.
