If you notice I have still given you the benefit of the doubt, there is still the chance Jazzer is not being truthful. I have even edited my earliest post in favor of not slandering you without proof from either party. So I regret assuming you were lying though I still have no reason to believe you are not. I have no stake in the outcome either way. only roadside rubbernecking curiosity.
I chose KGC not because of this thread, it was actually before this thread because their products scream higher quality with better fit and finish. your artist roster doesn't change that fact for me.
have you even done any spectral analysis on your blocks?
you claim their blocks are ripoffs of a lower quality, did you even look at their site? they are beautiful!

There's nothing wrong with that block that a "finger nail" file couldn't take care of. I don't see where that little mark would impede the block's ability to mate up with the Floyd plate and function perfectly, before or after the finger nail file!!!

another diversion from the history I see
I sent the pic
Adam admitted it was not as it should be
and asked that I return the block
the ridge that the drop caused raised up the block to prevent the entire surface making contact
maybe you can lend out your manicure set next time someone needs it

ok boys and girls - here is the US customs number for block number 4 (POST REFUND) - LC107726400US - leaving tomorrow morning.... (4 blocks shipped - zero paid for - my treat!)
You can see the massive damage one the original block - no problem - return it... blah - blah blah... whatever.
Here goes the last replacement... in public... with tracking... I will still do the install and setup need be.
Notice to the guy questioning me about my quality compared to the RIP-OFF guys that copied me - Yes - I have seen their crap - and no, NO PROS use it - double check my list players who know a thing or two about tone. I guess they trust me for no good reason...
SO - when the new block arrives - I expect 200 posts about how bad it sucks. I have to get back to servicing my other clients (Pro and non-pro) who need assistance, quality product and service.

When I get a guitar with a floyd rose I will be installing a brass block from Adam.
A touch of sand paper or small file would have done the trick. No big deal at all and I'm pretty fuckin picky.
