No, I’m fully right. That’s the year everyone was vaccinated.
I dunno man, I kinda remember everyone being on lockdown in March 2020 because the virus was killing everyone. Are you suggesting maybe that wasn’t necessary, and rather we should have locked down in 2021, when we had the miracle cure and everyone that got it was allowed to go about their daily business?

By the end of the year, yes everyone was vaccinated, but for the first 5 months of the year it wasn't readily available throughout the country.
Sure the lockdowns were happening but as far as my area, here in Wi the virus wasn't raging like it was on either coasts. Every night the news posted how many people were hospitalized in my county. And, how many died that day. It was a pretty small number until later in the spring. My facilities that I worked at ( I rotated at 2 medical facilities) didn't go on full visitor ban until May of 2020. So, the year time frame that the most deaths happened at least from my perspective here was Spring 2020-Spring 2021.

I hate to butt in and I'm admittedly not paying much attention to this, as it doesn't interest me as much as other topics, but are these death numbers that keep getting posted the same ones where they found that someone dying of "XYZ" got coded as a Covid death if the patient had Covid? Comorbidity?

2020 USA deaths-9202 per day.
2021 USA deaths-9491 per day.
2022 USA deaths-8969 per day.
Don't know where you came up with that graph; but again, look at these numbers. The deaths in 2022, per day, are clearly lower than the deaths, per day, from the previous 2 years of 2020 and 2021.
Really not much more to say; that proves my point.

It really seems like you’re trying hard to rationalize the data to fit the narrative, instead of noting the inconsistencies. You have to yield something…If you don’t want to malign the vax, maybe the lockdowns were pointless?

The numbers I've posted, are to refute the prevailing right wing extremist point of view that, the vaccine is CAUSING deaths. In fact, in the thread that is, of course, now REMOVED, the insinuation is that the vaccine is CAUSING NUMEROUS deaths. In fact, one of those right wing extremists said the "Funeral homes are Overflowing!!" due to all the deaths the vaccine supposedly caused. Which, of course, is straight up BULLSHIT.
That is the one, and only point of this thread. If anyone with half a brain looks at the daily death averages for those 3 years, anyone with half a brain would know that the vaccine COULDN'T be causing NUMEROUS deaths and the Funeral homes are NOT OVERFLOWING with dead bodies due solely to the vaccine. Since 270 million have been vaccinated, if the vaccine truly was DEADLY then we'd have 15000, 25000 deaths per day? Yet those numbers don't reflect that.
So, the vaccines are NOT causing numerous deaths. Period.
I couldn't care less if anyone wants, or doesn't want the vaccine. I'm not here to promote, or criticize the vaccine.
But when I see an obvious bullshit LIE, I'll call it out.

Okay, thanks for the clarification. I agree with you that some of the claims are hyperbolic.
I think you previously used the phrase “Large number of deaths,” and now you’re saying “Numerous.” It’s difficult to know what you mean. I believe COVID has been said to have killed 1,000,000 Americans, or about .3% of the population, and for that we upended daily life.
My understanding is that the vaccines probably killed around half that. Certainly not billions, but is that a large number or no?
