I must say Grand Declaration of War was an AMAZING comeback album . Cold brittle and digital but yet modern .

That album was killer. Blasphemer tore it up with Mayhem, excellent BM guitarist.

i had a bunch of friends that were all into that scene 20 years ago and remember them talking about all the fucked up stories, but i was never drawn much to the music from the bits ive heard, one snowy day or something ill have to dig in and actually listen

Yeah I actually hated that album when it came out. Took it for a spin today and was like “what the fuck? This is great!”
