Hm, seen the Facebook video and don't get it. It says it's a clean boost. So what's the point? Isn't a clean boost a clean boost (ignoring noise etc.)? The switching feature is nice, but what is "metal" about a clean boost?

It has a pretty obvious low cut to it, which is similar to the Grind.

But this makes me wonder if it's just Grind with a channel switching jack.

The Grind doesn't act like a boost at all in my opinion, its like a trippy EQ type of pedal. It basically boost and removes certain frequencies is how I understand it. Also I asked Mike in his FB group a minute ago if he could confirm that the 33 isn't a Grind with a channel switch, he says:
