Sounds bad ass man! Thanks for posting this, dig the signal chain u have, the detune was mixed in quite well I thought. Not to wet or to dry. The BE always sounds good form my findings, so it's no surprise, buy your playing was! Nice post braatha

Lol, yeah, all is well for sure, as long as we have some Ibanez axes in our stable.

I could do some kind of vid but they are all tuned differently and with different string gauge. All different pickups too. Could be interesting but hard to tell the difference between the pickups when not in the same tuning and string gauge. But still, could be cool. I need better lighting also as the vid quality sucks... Supposed to be 1080....
Right on broski!
Man all I really care about is the sound. And you have that part down pretty damn good.
I'd have to at least hear the Miracle Man RG. What pickups do you have in the others? I think we've had this discussion before, but I can't remember the details.

All Anderson pickups. H3,HN3,HN2+. Love these pups.

I will try and do something with my 550.

Fantastic tones! That some of the best I have heard the BE100 sound. Usually it sounds like it has this nasal hollow mids thing going on but that is def a tone I could get behind.. one thing though, could you not have found a better backing track lol?? My god that was awful.. especially the end. the midi Tommy Aldridge was going crazy at the end! (disclaimer to the hardcore fans, I know Aldridge didn't play on Blizzard but he did play this live version on Tribute)

Lol, yeah i know about the midi files, it is guitar pro. Basically there for a reference point. I dont like playing with no backing.

Mids are cranked too, like 3 o clock. I think the nasally mids we hear are due to the v30's. I am not a fan of v30 with my BE. The EVH speakers are a damn good match with it though. Even my P50 loaded VHT sounds great with it. Great match with both.

Thanks man

Like i mentioned earlier, in the room the reverb is more apparent and sounds very close to the tribute tone, all blends together nicely and covers mistskes a bit more.....

I sometimes boost it with a Savage Drive with lowered gain and damn, it it has a different feel and tightness level while still retaining its core DNA. Love it like that too. Perfect for heavier styles. 80's thrash tones, Perfect for that.

Thank you sir.

Man, that sounds GREAT, and good job! Is this the newest rev. of the BE100(year?)?

Thanks man. This is a 2015 but has been updated last year to current specs. This one also has the JBE mod with separate gain and volume controls.

Hell of an amp. The JBE channel is great for heavier stuff, lower mids and a bit mkre aggressive and saturated.

 Great vid and the tone was awesome! Very jelly of your guitar sanctum as well. Great collection!

Sounds awesome! I have 4 Helix/HX units and have yet to connect them to any effects loops of my amps! LOL! Need to get some detune and delay into my BE after watching this!

I've got a 2017 BE100 and Savage Drive, can you share your settings on the BE100 and SD when you lower the gain and boost it?

Cheers.

The Savage Drive is such a great pedal  You can tighten/dry things up or add saturation and make it looser. Plus there's all kinds of tones in between.

Wow, wow there cowboy!!!! Lol

I ain't connecting nothing to my effects loops either, ever. This is all WDW through a Carvin power amp. I never use the loops except for a gate and a Paraeq. But this clip has nothing in the loop. All Friedman.

You should run the HX WDW man, ain't a big thing to do and so worth it.

I wish i could capture the whole package on a video but i lack the know how and equipment needed to do it. :(

Thanks for checking this out man, makes me proud coming from you. :)

Yup, busy tonight but let me get back to you on this. But it all changes depending on tuning, pickups, string gauge and of course cab and speakers. Only a ball park can be achieved though.

Damn right, it has become my favorite boost pedal of them all. Such a damn versatile tool. Can be so aggressive or so smooth. Love it.

That's a killer tone and setup you got there man!
Really killer clip. Thanks for posting

Wow. Nailed that tone!! I'm a diehard Randy fan, this was awesome!!! That BE100 is so articulate. I can hear the picking dynamics in it. Like you, I also do not like alot of gain. This seemed like the right amount. Now I need a freakin BE100 !!!
