I updated the knobs of my BE50 to silver Marshall-like ones. Of course, these knobs make the amp sound better too.

The only thing is, the little metal screw inside is so fragile that it could easily strip over time.

I have to say, a lot of amps have come and gone over the years, but my BE DLX has remained. It’s the perfect gigging amp. Along with my Fractal FX8, I can get every tone I ever needed out of it and all of the channel switching is done on the fly with the Fractal

Since you have both the BE100 and 50, I think you might consider maybe selling the BE50 and get the Jose. It's not really a live amp though, or at least not easily like the BE series. In terms of tone, if the Jose had just 10-15% more gain, it would be perfect in my view. The only thing I found kind of useless on the Jose was the Fat switch -- it makes it way too fat. Might work well with OD pedal though.
