Yes, somewhere out there in the garbage dumps of New Jersey came the first ever Basswood superstrat. :D Yes, we REALLY do have rednecks here. I would see them all the time when i went ATV ridin. YEEHAWWW.

If you only knew how much fun it was to drive a fourwheeler drunk.

I know all to well. We would camp out in the Pine Barrens and go riding all weekend. There's miles and miles of fire roads in Southern NJ and it's all white sand, not many rocks at all. Most everyone used paddle tires.

Look there, it's a bird, it's a plane, it's a gay hair fag, NO it's danyeo on his old super modded Yamaha Blaster.

My last one was a Cannondale Cannibal. That thing was fast :D I even modded it to have the rev limiter pushed out past 12,000rpm's.

And a modded 400ex wasn't bad. A little slow but it jumped great.

Is that a Yamaha Warrior?

  Yes. I've done a lot of work to the engine and frame.
What quad you have now?

Sad to say i don't have one. All the great riding spots around here are patrolled by cops. People in this fucking state have nothing better to do but to call cops at the very site of a quad. At my favorite riding spots people were getting hit with $1000 fines and their quads were getting impounded.

The main reason is people would ride and get hurt really bad, some people died. Then the families would go get a lawyer and sue the land owner. Fucking bullshit.

That is to bad. Around here there a few people fighting very hard to make ATV trails and expand them. There doing a really good job and although a lot of it is just old rail road bed it still is a good time.

I guess I'm pretty lucky, there's 5-6 motocross tracks and trail parks within 80 miles of me. I'm sure that'll change in my lifetime.

So our Charvel thread turned into an ATV discussion by the Gibson lovers. Things that make you go hmmmm? :D

I hate to stray back toward the original subject here, but would a regular Strat HSS Floyd Pickguard work on a Charvel So Cal?

It sounded like Ozzy drank or snorted any money they had for production. Blizzard and Diary just have a bad sound overall, i hate the way the drums sound on the records.

Randy's tone on the live album is incredible IMHO.

Randy's tone sounds great to me. "Blizzard...", "Diary...", and "Tribute" are three of my favorites of all time.
