I didn't say they didn't. Read what I said properly. I said it was "weighted towards the unvaccinated". We had a far higher uptake of people that were double vaccinated here. That had an impact on our death rate.

Those numbers only mean something if you consider the total number of unvaccinated people to the number of vaccinated people. So saying X amount of dead people were vaccinated or unvaccinated is meaningless without the total numbers. And as has also been mentioned a couple times here, hospitals were getting paid extra for patients who had Covid. So there was incentive for them to conclude anyone who had Covid when they died, died of Covid. And if you think hospital administrators are above that greed you’re naive.

Could be. I think the consistent temporal relation between the vax and excess death is better explained by a causal relationship.
