Germany Begs Russia For Gas

Just like the US and UK did in 1950s Iran; overthrow a democratically elected leader, install a puppet dictator.

US staged a successful coup to overthrow a democratically elected, pro-Russia leader. Ethnic Russians who resisted the coup, were attacked many were killed. This is known as the Maidan revolution in 2014.

Ukraine was using military, including pro-Nazi groups, to attack ethnic Russians in Eastern Ukraine (Donbas).

Ukraine sought support from Western Europe, and Germany and France helped broker the Minsk agreements between Ukraine and Russia 2014-2015. Both France and Germany admitted later that Minsk agreements were not about peace, but to buy time for Ukraine to build up its military.

Russia offered several proposals for peace, all of which were dismissed without consideration by the Bozo Biden admin. At the same time EU and NATO membership for Ukraine was being discussed, against Russia's red line.

Killings of ethnic Russians in eastern Ukraine continued, with requests to Russia for protection. Western countries did nothing to stop these attacks and killings.

Russia responded with the special military operation.

If the US, NATO and EU did not provide support and backing to Ukraine, Ukraine would not have been killing ethnic Russians in Ukraine.

Again, the US coup started it all. Russia attempted, several times, to negotiate for a neutral Ukraine, which the west refused leaving two choices: 1) Russia accept NATO forces in Ukraine on Russia's border, and a possible NATO membership for Ukraine. 2) Special Military Option.

It's ok for the US to invade other countries we don't like on the other side of the world; but the US and west don't think Russia should be allowed to do the same on its' own border. Double standard much? Imagine if China moved military forces into Mexico along the US border? That's exactly what putting NATO forces in Ukraine on Russia's border is.

This is the understanding I have as well. None the less, Russia was the primary aggressor lighting the larger scale war off. Justified or not, Big Hassle seems to think that's cool. But eliminating the threat of nuclear weapons in the largest terrorist sponsor country on the planet is worthy of pearl clutching.

People can't and don't want to hear or read the truth. The joke is on them because Russia is going to get exactly what it started out to achieve and nobody is going to stop them.

Russia had Ukraine because THEY ASKED FOR IT TO BE UNDER RUSSIA'S PROTECTION around 1650.

Last time I checked we never had Iran under our control...looks like we never will.

To compare Russia's actions and our illegal actions is way off.

There is nothing similar about the two.

We've seen him resort to tantrums when challenged, so it's not surprising he'd want others to ignore him. That way he doesn't have to defend himself. Hell, even The-Kid handed him his ass yesterday.
