I have a hard time imagining either wouldn't be amazing.
I have never owned either tbh. There is a t top here for $100. I would love to snag it. I have a hard time judging the authenticaticy though since it almost seems too cheap.

Both low-output, but the T-Top is brighter and feels more aggressive...the Shawbuckers are sweeter.

The shaws are definitely sweeter sounding. They're really low output, but somehow they dont feel like it. You dont have to fight notes like you do with a lot of low output pickups. They are dang good PAF type pickups.

I used to have a 80's 335 that had shaw's in it. It did sound good. I did this vid back then, Metro 69 plexi build and using an MI Audio blues pro pedal as a boost on and off. Maybe shouldn't have sold that one...lol

Thanks. It’s been my #1 pedal for 10 years. I use the fuzz setting but as a boost, not a fuzz per se and it just gives an awesome beef and rawness to an already slightly dirty amp. It works with every amp I have. Love this pedal.
