Good, Not-too-Pricey Earplugs - Suggestions

I'm 41 and have not protected my hearing well and it's time. Looking for some suggestions on good ear plugs for smaller stage gigs that don't require custom molding.

I've used these ER-20 earplugs for years. I've been very happy with them. I replace them every year or so.
