Spain need more workers, and will accept immigrants from Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador. Because they speak the same language and is easier to integrate to their culture, costumes and jobs.
All the people you see in those twitter pics are already in EU and waiting to be expelled, so everyone of them will try to get a regular status. Probably who can prove to work there for some years will be accepted if can speak spanish.
