You said we banned you for stating science facts, that thread is the last one you posted in, where you tried to shoehorn in some shit about NIOSH Standards, which I'm assuming is the "science" you were referring to. You've yet to point out the science you were supposedly banned for, so I could be wrong, but I'm not seeing anything else remotely "scientific" in any of your other posts.

Probably a throttling feature. For some forum software, if set to max its the same as being banned. if we want to be super pedantic, this is where I was. You can't navigate the website nor post, nor respond to posts. Some allow to set time between posts, or to just slow things down.

What benefit is it to me to lie about banning you? I barely have time to do the shit I actually want to do these days, fabricating screenshots just to lie about NOT banning you definitely isn't on my priority list, nor do I even have the tools to do so.

I asked the other mods if anyone banned you before I even logged in here because I'm generally the one doing the banning. We do have a Discourage function that'll slow down the forum but we generally just Thread Ban someone from a thread if they're being a shithead, so if the Discourage function was used then you had to have been being a major pain in the ass in multiple threads and it certainly had nothing to do with you stating scientific facts.

Right on I didnt really understand because I wasn’t sure I got banned or got a “discourage option” or whatever at TGF… or not sure what….. never been here talking trash on TGF so didnt really get the whole deal.



Kind of wanted to wait for you to see what the deal was as none of this made sense to me. Drew doesnt seem like a bad guy, just didn’t know what the deal was

Given the trends too and comparing some threads here relative to others on TGP as a baseline…….

TGP seems to have gotten 20%-30% less traffic ever ever since @Scott Auld and the new mods destroyed the place after Scott Peterson left.


You can say on a bad day they have lost as much as 40% traffic and all mainly due to their Left Woke Cancel Culture BS policy and agenda.



Rig-Talk on the other hand is actually growing and becoming the choice of real players and just real people in general.

Definitely still an Edwards guy, I just need to get the damn EMGs out of that thing and never touch EMG humbuckers again. Still deciding on what’s going into it and I might just do the Suhr Aldrich’s and then put something more ‘classic’ sounding in my Orville (that has an Aldrich in the bridge now). I got in a band a few months ago that’s going to “require” a Floyd for some of the lead stuff, I gotta grab another guitar for that before I can snag another Edwards, but a white LPC is certainly on the horizon. And I need a Tele before I need another Les Paul.

The band I joined isn’t my favorite cup of tea musically, there’s some generic late 90’s alt-metal riffage that I’m not overly keen on, but the dudes are really great guys and whenever I think I’ve written my parts ‘for the song’ they tell me to make it more over the top, so I basically get to overplay all the time and go crazy with some effects I normally wouldn’t. This is one of the last solos I worked out- (don’t worry, you’re hearing tubes, it’s my EVH rig into a load box)-

I brought you up as an example of how one could still post after they were Discouraged because a mod at TGF, TheGearForum, Discouraged you from posting in the thread about TGP, TheGearPage, yet you were still motivated enough to put up with it and still made a whole bunch of posts about TGP after. Nice tone and nice playing!!! Some nice harmonic/dive bar stuff happening in there for the cherry on top. Congrats on the band situation, sounds pretty swell. So hard to find guys with good attitudes in music business these days, sounds like you lucked out.

With you 100 percent on the white Edwards LPC but I think my next long term reach is a black E-SA and maybe have some custom paint and stainless frets installed. I will get you some music, soon as I am done. Finished my main mixes last weekend, just a couple tweaks on two songs or so to make and it's mastering/artwork/cd print up. I'm sick of working on this one tbh. Ready to start a new batch of songs. Catch you soon Dru.
