I've played Doug's own Blackmachine and... that was simply amazing... just saying. I have suhrs, Tom Anderson, ESP, jackson,... but that blackmachine was waaaayyy more WOOOOWWW.

I like blackats. I think they are great guitars at a great price.

More comfortable and ergonomic to play, better intonation, and better control of the tension of the strings across the fretboard on extended range guitars (7, 8, 9 strings). There's several different degrees of fanned frets, depending on the scale length.
