I like the Sonic Research and Peterson Strobe tuners myself.

I agree with you here, though Sonic Research is shifting production to what I assume is China and has been out of stock for several months now. Their website used to say around last October that USA production ended and a model not made in USA would start shipping in March. Now it just says new model coming July so who knows whats up with them.
