If I were you I'd just start a 'WTB - Cameron modded Marshall' thread. I'm sure something will turn up.

I've often thought of going the modded Marshall route. But the axle I keep wrapping myself around is this: Which Marshall to start with. Newer Marshalls don't use the highest quality transformers and other parts which don't get changed by the modifier. So, even after the mod, you have a lot of cash into an amp of perhaps lesser quality than you could get from a new build. Older Marshalls are either so sweet you wouldn't want to mess with them, or, they're just ... old. Thats why I thought I'd try the ground up new build first. My Straub Cantus is a good example. Hand built with Mercury Mag transformers and sounds almost as good as the 69 metal panel I played. That said, that may be the best route to a Cameron![]()

Is that the new projected production schedule, or the old one?

I had a couple Camerons side by side with the Cornford I had, and they were extremely simular. Mark also told me himself on two occations, that if he didn't build/mod his own amps, he would be playing a Cornford.
