Hi, I have a CAB. I just bought the cabinet "Browny back" from your store. I got the email with the license...now what? Every time I launch the Remote, I don't see the new cab.
Remote automatically downloads the files, that are not IRs. When the process works as expected, you don't even receive anything (by email), it's a matter of minute(s).
if there is a malfunction somewhere, (the server, the network...) I apologize, and usually that kind of issue can be resolved.
Please send a ticket to the Help Desk and someone will specifically find a solution for you.
