Been asking around about a small logo triple 2ch. I was told these were only issued in chrome chassis. Anyone want to add to this whether this is true or not?

What does the small logo look like ? I haven't seen one in awhile.

Chrome chassis was just a $100 add on option. Nothing special.

I had a Triple Rev G that Mike B. serviced. I sold it a couple of years ago for $3500. I would have kept it but it didn't have the gain that my Dual Rev G has. Same thing with my Rev F that I sold last year.

I'm confused....Isn't that what you're asking about?
When confirming your statement I should have emphasized it by typing it this way...

"But yours WAS a triple." In reference to you saying it was "just a Rev G".

If that makes sense?

I’m fairly sure I’ve seen one for sale before but it was a rev g so it would be basically the same as the large logo triple rev g

Looks like they do exist.

Ted already knows; the 2 G Triples I had were great. First one, total blackout version was fantastic. Found a Chrome version, bought that too, but the blackout was best. Both had large logos, though.

But, then I would score an F Triple. The Gs went away shortly after. Lol

The one to rule them all though, would be the Prototypes in a C chassis that Mike B built early on in the Recto line. No option for tube rectification though, those spots were used for the 2 extra power tubes.

One of these came up for sale at a GC up in Seattle. It became a thread here probably 12 years ago? Everyone was mocking this horribly modded rectifier that GC wanted 899 for. Haha. I called the GC and the rep said it didn't look very professional. This was back before I bought my first Mesa, a 2C SRG that I'd mod to a +. So I had no clue.
In the end, Steve K chimed in and said we were all fools and it was a super rare factory prototype Triple, one of 3 known. I believe a RTer has this one.

I had a bunch of 3 channels and finally got a really nice old 2 channel chrome chassis triple. I could never make them sound good always sounded really buzzy and flubby bottom end. That was the days before I knew what a boost even was.

Steve contacted me asked me to check the prototype out. Me and my friend Chris went and played on it for a hour.
I thought it sounded like shit. It was extremely bright. So I didn't buy it.
GC wanted to get rid of it and told me $700 cash. It was in the store for months. The rep was correct. It wasn't in good condition at all.

I think I saw someone asking 10G for the amp a few years ago.
