House of Speakers

Hi all,

sorry, if this is a bit OT, but I don't know where to start.

Did anybody, especially in Germany, order speakers from Mick from HOS (House of speakes)?
He said, that even Peter Diezel would love his speakers, and I wouldn't regret ordering one from him...

So I ordered a "SevenT5" nearly six weeks ago, and he promised to deliver after 2 weeks.
But since the money was on his bank account, I didn't hear anything from him.
No replys to email, nor phone or fax.

Even if he went on holiday, it is very unserious and unprofessional to take nearly 1000€ and disappear without a sign.
I just thougth to ask on the forum before I'm taking the stuff to my lawyer.

I have heard many bad things about his customer service and he seems to promise things he can't keep at all very often as well es f***ing up orders like wrong speakers etc. His workshop is only a few km away from where I live and I once called him for a quote on a 2x12 cab. On the first call he made a reasonably offer but when I called again out of nowhere he wanted 150€ more than he had said before. Along with the bad reviews I read I really didn't feel comfortable at all with ordering :thumbsdown:

Hi Peter,
how is this meant? Do you know this guy? Does he still have a business, or is he already bankrupt?
