Jeezus these people truly are disgusting and have something up their ass apparently as Trump brought the market back, reset global trade and won the argument for Balanced Trade, nvm isolated China, surrounded them with our allies, and gave the US overwhelming advantage over them and trade negotiations....... notice the BS and annunciation of the negative vs the positive.....


Given their total bitch face and salty attitude you'd think they would be happier and gleeful to announce the economy was in free fall or something and in recession as they have been saying wrongly for days now........ what pieces of shit. As said given the high inflation and Americas position the US and The President not only were able to inact tariffs but the landing and well take off in this case was better than expected or anyone could have expected or imagined......

I wouldn't call this one of the most amazing market comebacks ever. Dumb people sold. Smart people bought. Trump demonstrated the art of the deal. He pulled back on the tariffs with everyone but China. I can't say he planned it that way but you can see how these kinds of deals are set up. It is amazing actually whether you agree with it or not :dunno:

I mean it's fucking brilliant and we all knew the overall desired outcome..... but how to get there was the tricky part...... and yeah well the President did it in an almost unimaginable or impossible way but he did it, pulled it off and America has the high ground now and has everyone who matters under its umbrella.....

Meanwhile China is out in the rain, barely holding the waters back with their shitty levees.... for how long who knows but it definitely didn't play out how they wanted with them "standing up to the bully" pretending they are on some moral high ground doing the sheisty shit they do or trying to come off as the worlds leader or a world leader......


I think everyone from Japan to Germany and other real world leading countries just kind of laughed a bit at Winnie-the-Pooh/Xi Jinping and just said "Um, yeah thanks but no thanks this is the cool kids table"........ Probably the most sickening thing over the past week and two weeks now have been those on the left and the Woke crowd frothing at the mouth repeating a recession over and over again and egging it on..... I have never seen anything like that ever.....

Yeah I don't know what it is but CNN/MSNBC and NYTimes should be more responsible..... Democrats and the Left Woke should be more responsible...... and they shouldn't be driving or affecting uncertainty and wanting to drive for a reccesion out of some petty spite....... they shouldn't be egging on and hoping for a reccesion and that is what they want to do it seems with their angle and BS on this whole thing and how they want to frame the situation.

For example many on the Woke Left say Trump blinked or "backed down"....... yet no mention of how he kept 10% tariffs across the board and managed to open the table to 0% reciprocal tariffs with countries in the EU and and others such as Japan, Vietnam and South Korea for example where before they never even wanted to or where even open to it.......nvm some of the biggest gains in the market post Housing Bubble or yeah since WWll...... the complete opposite of Bidens shitty economy...... and Trump barely has less than 3 months as President.....


The President won the Trade War, reset trade for more balanced trade, accomplished his goal and then some completely isolating and surrounding China, uniting all its allies under the American economy and umbrella leaving China out in the cold/rain and giving the US overwhelming advantage and the high ground over the situation.......


How much more should he have done to kick more ass and why are they upset about it :dunno:

And given the fact the Communist Party has their "National Team" doing way sheistier shit than anything any possible insider trading may have done who gives a fuck...... the US really has no real convetional counter to the Chinese National Team that essentially manipulates markets on a daily nvm the Communist Party itself doing so..... Also don't really have to be a goddamn rocket scientist to realize the market was heading in this direction based of false rumors the President was going to pause tariffs a couple days ago and the market shot up but quickly died down after it was confirmed they were rumors.


Essentially it's looking for a there there.... when there is no there there..... and if there is a there there who gives a fuck..... the US needs something domestically and organically so to speak to counteract the Chinese National Team for the sake of Americas National Interest and defensive purposes.... or offensive ones as well........

Have to disagree with you on this point. No one on the right was hoping the country would implode on itself. Biden's detractors recognized shitty policies and called them out. They also recognized his cognitive decline. The biggest difference was being able to cite many examples of effects of his bad policies and mental decline. The hope from the right was to pull out of the mess and find solutions to fix the problems, not actively burn it all down and cause panic just to make Biden look bad.

The left isn't doing more than continuing to scream "orange man bad" with no substance to back that up. It's tariffs are going to destroy the country because Trump is an idiot; the simplistic strawman argument. No evidence of past policies being a detriment, no constructive argument of how current policies would be bad. It's just "trust me bro," "Orange man bad." They're actively trying to cause a panic just to spite Trump with no regard to anything else.

I mean yeah honestly I guess that's what it seemed like to me at the time but the way you put it especially given the mental decline of Bidens that was very apparent and undeniable and ended up being true....... Nvm the same "experts" that lead to the mishandling of the pandemic and gave us all the BS we deal with now are the same "experts" crying wolf and trying to egg on a reccesion now and frothing at the mouth for one and upset one didn't happen..........

These people could be morons and complete retards for all I care and that would be benign and not cause anyone any harm but their actions over the past few days did more real damage and pain to the economy than anything The President did which was actually bolster the economy and watch out for the average American and US National Interest.

Just a couple of thoughts that have been floating around in my head on this whole tariff and stock market thing.

The leftists and MSM are acting like Trump pausing tariffs for 90 day is him walking back as some massive failure. I don’t see it that way and here’s why. First off Trump isn’t going to show lay his cards out for all the players to see. So unless you can read his mind, most things are speculation.

It wasn’t proclaimed, but Trump did mention a while back that he would use tariffs to push other countries to the negotiating table. I’ve said that same thing here as my assessment of an immediate goal as well. Overall I think invoking the reciprocal tariffs and then pulling back was part of the plan. Invoking them I would suspect was a bit of posturing, but ultimately to see which countries were ready to play ball. That part of the plan being, those who be ready to negotiate; or at least not push back, would be given a reprieve while Trump assess the developments and talks with other countries’ leaders. Those who didn’t play ball; like China, would at minimum have tariffs stand. The unknown of the plan was mainly which countries would come to the table and which would dig their heels in. So far most seem ready to take a seat and start talks.

I’m pretty sure Trump realized there’d be fluctuations in the stock market, but I don’t suspect he foresaw such large swings. Maybe he underestimated the number of people that would panic sell. This is just guessing, but my suspicion is one of two things which sort of go hand in hand.

1. Trump saw the large downturn in the market from panic selling and came back on the tariffs sooner than he planned to keep the market from going down further.
2. Trump had a market low in mind that would signal for him it’s time to pause the tariffs depending on the number of countries willing to negotiate. That signal may or may not have come sooner than expected.

I think he would have a market low worked into the plans. That coupled with so many countries ready to negotiate signaled it was time to give the 90 day reprieve. I also think both pieces happened much sooner than even Trump could have predicted. And he kept 10% tariffs on everyone to show he’s still serious about everything and it wasn’t all just a bluff.

Okay, let’s go on the opposite end and say the leftists and MSM are correct in their assessment. This whole tariff plan just backfired in Trump’s face. Trump’s a moron and had to make a U-turn and change course. If that’s the case I don’t see it the same way as the MSM is portraying it and here’s why.

Qualities of an effective leader have been written in so many business and psychological journals that it’s damn near common knowledge. Being a supervisor and always wanting to improve, I’ve read more than my fair share of these articles. In every single one of them these are always in the list of qualities.

1. Not being afraid to try something new / abandoning the “it’s always been this way” mindset.
2. Recognizing when a plan is not working / recognizing shortcoming or faults.
3. Being adaptive / knowing if or when it’s time to course correct.

In that aspect, if Trump’s plan was indeed failing he was also showing 3 signs of an effective leader. He didn’t stick to the old ways and tried a new approach, he saw his new approach wasn’t working out as he planned, and he paused tariffs while he strategizes and makes some course corrections.

Like I said in my previous post, this is all speculation. I can’t say for certain if everything that has happened thus far is all part of the plan or a failure that need course correction. In either scenario I see the positive. Either Trump is a master strategist on this topic or he’s an effective leader who recognizes when plans need to be altered. My personal opinion is it’s a bit of both.

I’m sure our resident leftists will just think or call me a Trump ass kisser or whatever and that’s fine. I have my opinions on his persona and policies and know where I stand; both good and bad. The only thing I would have to say to that is it’s sad you can’t see anything past your TDS hatred of Trump. Criticize his policies if you like, but at least have something to back it up other than “orange man bad.”
