How do you store your 20+ guitars? (Guitar racks)

Where are you guys keeping your hard cases? Stacked?
Standing up against a wall?
Slightly leaned against the wall, headstock up/face out. In groups of 4-5. Each case has green or yellow gaffer tape with the guitar information on it so it's easy to find the guitar I'm looking for.

The gun cases are stacked differently and not labeled. I know what's in each gun case. The road cases for the amps are also not labeled. I can look at the cases dings and know what's in each case. But a lot if the amps have custom covers that I wrote the name/brand of what they are covering.

This is kind of where I'm at right now. I want to get them out of storage, if you will. I have room for the two-tier rack in the OP and I'm leaning toward simply buying it when my pending points at Musician's Friend clear.
I think if I had the room on an open wall and wasn’t so anal about storing expensive basses and guitars out in the open I’d build some racks rather than buy them.

Never a great idea to store guns in cases. Cloth/ fabric and that foam crap are moisture magnets. Humidity controlled safes are best in my opinion.

They are in a humidity controlled environment. As is all my stuff.

My closet and 2nd bedroom...

Ok. Do yourself a favor. If they’re stored in cases, pull them out regularly and make sure the fabric or foam hasn’t broken down and look for surface rust.

I have one of those case things that folds out and holds 5 or 6 ish guitars. I have ~10 total. We’re putting our house on the market tomorrow and I had to load up 8 + a few combo amps to send to storage so we could stage this bish. About half are inherited guitars but dang, some of you with 30+ is insane! Would love to run those racks.

I sold off about half of my hard cases. I only kept a few OEM ones that really shouldn’t be separated from the guitars.

I bought two Mono gig bags to replace the pile of them, with no regrets.

I am ashamed to say that I'm at the point where I need to store about 20 guitars and I'm considering a two-tiered rack. I don't really want to make one (though I've done some basic woodworking previously, I'm not confident in my abilities and I don’t have great space (condo in the city) to work on projects like this) and came across the A&S storage rack (pic attached). I like the idea of keeping the guitars in cases. I have space for this.

Are there any other options out there?
That's the same rack that I have. Super high quality.
My guitars live in their cases, and all of my guitars are finally in one place.

I know I am a fool, but I like to have most of my guitars out so I can grab them at any time. When things were more or less under control, I used to have wall hangers all around the large rec room in our basement and that was nice visually, but made things difficult for placing couches and other furniture items. When we had the room repainted, I left the hangers off and now have guitars all over the damn place on stands, racks, etc... I also keep 12-13 guitars in my office where my digital rig(s) are used as well.

When my wife's frustration meter hit the critical level, I sacrificed the basement wet bar to create a fairly large closet where I had shelves built to store cases, rack boxes, and various containers full of cables and decades of gear detritus. This has helped but now I have reached the point where I cannot fit in any more cases. I had adopted a 1 in : 1 out rule but that has gone out the window at this point.

Do yourself a favor.
I no longer do myself. I pay others to do me.
I'm too old to be bothered with myself.
(stage direction... yells at the "help") "Bitch, you best get cho ass in that room and polish the frets on that vintage Hamer Blitz bass."

I have my bass on the wall and that's somehow my only wall mount.
3 guitars on floor racks.
A hercules that holds 7 currently (9 if I'm really careful).
My acoustics are also in the closet also with several other guitars that I want to bring out.
Bad photos, but you get the idea

And it's not the number of them you have, or the Brand on the headstock...

It's the fool, not the tool that makes the music

I have three guitars on wall hangers which I never play, they're decorations only. I don't count them in my guitar count.

All of my real playing (28 or so) guitars are in their cases, on racks, standing upright, or standing horizontal., stashed anywhere I can find room. I only have 1-2 guitars out at a time that I'm using.

I'm out of space, mostly due to the number of guitars, but also the number of keyboards, especially with three organs with pedals - which are large, long and wide - 1 Crumar (in the pic) and 1 Hammond, each with 25-note Hammond pedals; and a Viscount Cantorum Trio with 30-note pedals.

I have a Wakeman-style keyboard rig that takes up about 1/3 of the room;

with other keyboards all over the place wherever I can find room.

I just purchased (delivered today) a rolling keyboard stand for my Yamaha Montage M8x which is huge! I'll be setting that up tomorrow. It's the keyboard equivalent of an aircraft carrier.
