How do you store the pedals you're not using?

Bought this gun case at HF last month.
Was $59 got it with a coupon for $39.

They have different sizes and styles.
Cut foam as needed. I didn't have to touch it

I sell them. I also bought the biggest board Pedaltrain offers, so there is plenty of barely used pedals that are just perpetually on it.

One day I'll find a reason to use my Walrus Audio Julia for something that's not No More Tears or the theme from Topgun.
 
When I was still a working musician I got rid of the ones I didn’t use. Mostly. Now, I have only a handful. I do have about 4 or 5 old vintage D+s though. All of them reside in a drawer in one of my dressers.
 
I use boring transparent plastic boxes, in a dry / safe place, and try to keep that organized so that I know what is where.
Key point to me is to make sure you don't leave batteries in stuff being stored for a long time.
