I might not be too quick to change it out... and got a decent tone with it today, only got to play it a little through the mesa before the kid had to go to bed.

Nothing wrong with that. I too dig the Burstbucker Pro's for some things, and the 490's aren't too bad either. I wouldn't be in a rush to switch them out by any means.
