The problem with this transaction, as I have said before, is that this Kamran guy did everything in accordance to Paypals rules. SR also gave Paypals consent to have the final say and he agreed to abide by any decisions they make regarding disputes. Thats what happens when you sign up for their shitty service. I got screwed by them years ago for around $200 on a sale and luckily I had pulled the money from my account into my personal bank account and Paypal, by law, was not allowed to reach in and take it out. I made phone calls, had pics, emails, documents..etc. and luckily I trusted my gut and pulled the cash just in case. So now i'm getting emails, snail mail and phone calls. It was fucking harassment. The buyer was a useless piece of shit and now I'm getting legal threats from Paypal.

I contacted a few friends who are lawyers and they were very familiar with Paypals consents and user agreements. There are sooo many lawsuits against Paypal {and this was years ago} that its ridiculous. Its obvious what this buyer was doing but there is no evidence to prove it. Just assumptions. I find it funny that a lot of guys post about their 100's of transactions and no problems like in this instance its the OPs fault. I sold something, had pics, descriptions, shipped next day and had also had a ton of great transactions.
Then this one asshole shows up and fucks up my track record. Evey single time you do a transaction with someone you dont know you are taking that risk. You would think the service you choose to handle the financial side of things would be fair but its %98 buyer sided.
From a legal standpoint this case is closed. I would doubt SR will be receiving any compensation for anything.
