Reverb Return.. anything I need to watch out for?

After many years of successful deals on Ebay and Reverb, I've finally been bit. Received a pedal damaged, and have to return it. I'm following Reverb "rules" and contacted the seller the day I received it, provided pics of the damage, etc.. and today will have been the second day to allow them to respond. Seller has been radio silent, so I'm requesting the refund later this evening.

Any tips or pitfalls I need to watch out for? I paid through PP, so not sure how that plays into the return dynamics.
