Well said James.Its like when I got my Wizard MC, it was too loud and too bright so I bought a Wizard Metal. I just stood in front of 2 PT100's about 2 hours ago, I was at sound check at Tone Merchants with Andy Wood and Pete Thorn, I would say a PT100 is not a modded Marshall sound at all. Very different tone and feel, way more compressed and covered sounding.
