How would the Capitol police have known she didn't have a weapon? They were chanting "Hang Mike Pence" and assaulting officers all day.

And in this case, it's clear that Ms. Good was not attempting to use the vehicle as a weapon, but just trying to leave. She turned the wheels to attempt to avoid the ICE thug, who was breaking his own protocol by standing in front of the vehicle. And shooting 3 times is simply beyond any reasonable use of force.
Then, the murderer gets in his vehicle and flees the scene, while the other ICE Gestapo thugs PREVENT A DOCTOR FROM PROVIDING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (drawing their weapons on the doctor), AND BLOCK THE AMBULANCE FROM ENTERING THE AREA. What a bunch of unprofessional POS nazi gangsters.

Do you really believe she could be reprogrammed not to be the troubled person she was that made her do this in the first place?

She didn't think of her child so there's a huge red flag there.

Given her agitating and interfering actions along with her non care & responsibility for her child and as terrible as it sounds it was inevitable what happened to her was going to arrive one way or the other, it just so happened to happen now.

This should hopefully be a lesson to everyone. Where there are firearms and a government body doing what they're doing stay the fuck away if you're responsible to yourself and your family. UNLESS...you're arriving at the scene in your very own F16 and you know you're going to win.
