ICE murdered an innocent woman

And you weren't there in person, correct?

Nice assumption to deflect.

Everyone can see what you're obviously trying to do. You're not as good a lawyer as you think you are.

You can deny what I posted all you want, by which I mean clear cell phone footage of the entire event that you can literally watch with your own eyes. That doesn't change what happened.

Edit: ah, right on time with the the laughing emoji because you've got no rebuttal and you think laughing makes you look superior.

What am I trying to do, genius? And I never claimed to be a lawyer. Nice try though.

The laughing emoji is there because it's warranted. What rebuttal do you want?

Here's another post of the video @Findthetone1 is trying to discredit because he doesn't like that it shows the ICE officer murdering a woman without cause.

@Findthetone1 is saying you can't be certain this video is authentic and unedited, implying it should be disregarded. We should definitely not put the same standard of proof on the ICE agent's cam footage, which does NOT show the impact or lack of impact, but instead turns away at the last second. Instead we should all just assume that the agent got hit because it fits the narrative @Findthetone1 wants to believe.

I'm seeing reports of the agent having internal bleeding in the torso from the incident.
I have no idea if it's legit or not, interesting though.

Yes, I've seen those reports as well. However, from the video footage, it looks like the ICE agent didn't get hit by the car at all. You can watch it yourself right there.

To me, this suggests the internal bleeding either happened from some other incident, or was a flat out lie. Either way, that video clearly shows the ICE agent was not struck by the SUV, at least to my eyes.

Well, I was merely trying have a reasonable discussion with you and convey a different point of view. But as you seem to be as void of critical thought and pathetic as the rest of the smooth brains here, I'll just make fun of you as well. :dunno:
Carry on.

I have seen the different videos multiple times, and did not see it the same way you see it. It doesn't look crystal clear either way imho.

If I believed that, I'd speak to you differently.

However, when I post actual video evidence as good as any other evidence, and you ask "How do you know that's a real video? Were you there?" without asking the same thing of other video evidence that at first glance could make the driver look more guilty, then I see a person who is in fact not trying to have a "reasonable" discussion. You do not appear to be seeking truth like a reasonable person would do. You seem to have an agenda and want to discredit anything that doesn't make the situation look like you want it to look.

Your "but I'm just asking questions, tee hee" shtick isn't working.

I hear you, it does look close the first time you see it. Specifically, the way the officer looks like he jerks quickly when the car veers to the right.

However, watch it again at half speed. The "very jerky" movement comes not from the shooter, but from the officer who grabbed the driver's side door. It's confusing because that agent is kind of between the shooter and the camera. If you slow the video down and look past that in-between ICE agent, you can see the shooter pretty clearly sidesteps the car and does not get struck.

I did watch the video taken from the front. That video does not show him getting hit. It shows the car moving toward him, then the camera shifts upwards, and you hear noise that sounds like what an impact might sound like, but it also sounds like gear moving around and rubbing against a mic, or, you know, a gunshot or two. And it turns out it was exactly that. We know this because...

The video I posted shows a clear picture of what actually happened from a 3rd party perspective.

I'll refer to you to post 143 where I posted Tim Pool's breakdown of the slow motion video. You don't have to watch the whole video, just go to the 1:45 mark and go until he finishes the assessment Maybe you'll see things in a different light. Regardless of what you think about the legality of the incident, the IEC agent was absolutely struck with the vehicle. I didn't think he was struck that hard, but when you consider getting hit by a 2000 lb vehicle internal bleeding isn't out of the question.

And just to cut off anything about why did he get released from the hospital after being diagnosed with internal bleeding. This is the video I clipped the tweet from. Tim describes how 2 of his colleagues were in a vehicular accident and suffered head injuries. the hospital released them the same day.

Watch this one. 38 seconds in. Tell me she didn't hit him.

She didn't hit him. She might have brushed him slightly.
I don't care what you think bout the legality or morality of this event. There's overwhelming evidence the agent was struck by the vehicle. I know facts and truth don't mean anything to you so there's no point in arguing. So we'll all just continue to be amused and laugh at your stupidity.
