Brings me back to a time where you were happy with your amp. You called whatever clean tone it gave you "beautiful" and whatever distorted tone you got "heavy metal". This forum ruined that for most of us.

Not quite, amps evolved and peoples tastes evolved with them. Some say for the better, but that's always subjective, not critical of.

This forum didn't ruin anything, it gives everyone a taste of all available gear,sounds and opinions.

My first guitar teacher had freaky long nails like that...longer even. He was classically trained guitarist ( ). Anyway, he'd sit and file those fuckers whilst I tried to run my scales or whatever. He could play, but a creepy fuck with those nails man.
