never liked either, Tele or JM

get my twang, jangle and chime from Rics. I still have a Ric 330 (I had several Rics once upon a time; now one 330 in Fireglo, and 4003 bass in Fireglo remain; my Vox amps are long gone too)
Rics are nice but outside my price range and tbh I'm a 335 guy for life for all my gigs so other than a blues jam or couch guitar I have no use for anything else. The guitar is my wife's, who immediately received a ration of shit on social media from morons so this thread is for them haha. MF gave her a card again so it looks like we've accrued a few bucks more debt which isn't what I wanted but tbh, whatever. *shrugs

Love this guitar... it's so different from what I usually play. The amp ain't half bad, either.
 Blonde Bassman! Sweet jazzmaster but that amp...wow, that's a beautiful rig right there!

I just let the old lady's tele rip through one of my twins set to 4 with a Klon clone my son modded with germaniums and brought home from work. Damn, it's almost like my ES with a little less compression outta the pickups. Plenty of sustain using that bridge pup. The noiseless pickups ain't too bad!

Thanks!! I wanted one for 20 years and finally got it about 10 years ago. Blonde Fenders are just, well, can't find a word suitable, beyond description, I guess. Still dreaming about a Blonde Twin. Maybe one of these days.

I purchased my Rics back in the 00's; 350V63, a 370 in blue burst; two 330, and a 620...the 330 (and 340) are my fav Rics, and I only have one 330 now and the 4003 bass.

The MF membership points have saved me thousands over many years, and combine with the 10-15% off...I can buy new and sell close to what I paid.

To keep the points from expiring, buy a pack of strings or something cheap, and it resets the expiration date, and points can add up quickly.

I feel the same about my new MIJ mid-60s spec Jaguar that I just picked up, shipped from Japan. Lake Placid Blue.

I had a few Jags including a Marr sig, sold them and regretted it. Miami Blue is another color I like

Polar white strat with white pickguard and maple board is another fav color combo that I think is classic which I have. MIM.

Sounds great into my Super Twin

Looks just like my old '65 except it didn't have blocks it had dots and also had the mute system under the bridge. I'll have to dig that picture out one of these days and....take a picture of it, LOL.

great...Fender is offering a new American Professional II strat in Miami Blue with maple board....I didn't need to see this. GAS inducing

That miami blue looks nice but I liked the Taos Turqoise more, it's just that you never see strats for sale in that color. My final strat was a partscaster with a sunburst 57 ri body that I sprayed Gracey's Taos Turq over the top and then sanded it back in the wear areas for a nice "beach finish". Looked pretty cool with the sunburst peeking out.

I used to not like Fenders with matching headstocks and now I don't want any that don't have one. That Jag is beautiful!
