In celebration of the recent Fender lawsuit victory

Looks just like my old '65 except it didn't have blocks it had dots and also had the mute system under the bridge. I'll have to dig that picture out one of these days and....take a picture of it, LOL.

That miami blue looks nice but I liked the Taos Turqoise more, it's just that you never see strats for sale in that color. My final strat was a partscaster with a sunburst 57 ri body that I sprayed Gracey's Taos Turq over the top and then sanded it back in the wear areas for a nice "beach finish". Looked pretty cool with the sunburst peeking out.

the new Vintera III Jag has the mutes back in, but not crazy about the colors,,,I think they have a faded or satin Lake Placid Blue, I like gloss.

The dark rosewood and block inlays on the new MIJ with the mid-60s electronics, and gloss lake placid blue was a good combination and price

I may see what else they have in this MIJ series:

Nah, Sea Foam Green
Always confuses me. Looks like sonic blue in the photo. My old man has a seafoam 58 CS with an intensely figured neck. I sorted through about 25 or 30 strats one day at GC and narrowed it down to two guitars, a 58 and a sunburst 60. I knew I made the right choice cause unbeknowst to me a buddy of mine went down to the Twin Cities a few days later and came back with that 60, LOL.

I like gloss better too. I don't really care for satin or matte stuff. I recall my original jag as having a 7.25" radius but it's been 35 years so I could be mistaken....
