Guys, let's not right off a $3,500 amp made by a tone monster based on a clip recorded with a video camera and an amp dialed in to a few players' particular styles and tonal tendencies.
The tone controls on the CCV allow it to cover a wide range of styles. Brad told me straight up that the clean channel can go from crystal clean, through mild break up and right into heavy crunch territory. Again, one clip does not a comprehensive review make!
Just wait until someone gets a clip of a mic'ed cabinet - I think that will change some of your minds as to what this beast can REALLY do.
