In my opinion Wolfie really did inherit talent!

If good vocals are a Hamster with the cock ring on too tight, you might like them.

That's actually putting it diplomatically.

Greta Van Fleet's "plant" is 100% the weakest link, lol

And I like super high pitched singers normally

He's like 2022 axl rose doing his best plant impersonation

Amp fest soon? Maybe around 311 this month at the Ryman or May for Royal Blood?
Man I would love to! But I need to check out with Kris and Justin if they are going to be available, since they've been going out on the road almost every weekend. I'll check with them and will let you know.

I like it. I don't love it though. I think his band should just be called Mammoth, not Mammoth WVH. The WVH added is like saying look at me! I'm Eddie's son. Good for marketing though so I guess it makes sense from that perspective.

I’ve been highly impressed with the Mammoth WVH album. Soils rock music. I would put him closer to the Foo Fighters than Van Halen musically. Either way, it’s good music.

I like the songs and feel he is talented but cannot hum one riff or vocal line from the album. I fully understand he is not his dad and glad he is not trying to be, however one listen to VH I and I'm humming riff's and memorable vocal lines that stuck in my DNA for life. :censored:

It’s just incredibly generic, FM radio modern rock stuff. There’s nothing about it I would give a 2nd listen to. Actually can’t even get through an entire song in the first place..lol If he finds success good for him. Not for me though.

IMO,Wolfie has earned his talent by paying attention to his surroundings as he grew up.
Yes,he had a leg-up being around his dad and uncle. But if he didn't give a fuck about music we wouldn't be talking about him.
You could say he "inherited" talent. I say his surroundings fostered his ability to learn, just like Al and Ed got theirs from being in their dads band.
If you're surrounded by music from inception, you will be drawn to it...especially if you are also surrounded by love and support.
His mom cared enough about both Wolfie and his dad to make sure they had a relationship. She encouraged them both even after the split.
I dig her as much as I dig Ed and Wolfie.

And I acknowledge that I am biased because I REALLY want a Wolfie bass. Like crazy bad.
I would love to see Wolfie have all the success he desires. I dig the CD. Hope he shows us more.

Did they ever actually release his Wolfgang bass for sale? I always thought that was a crazy missed opportunity....but then again Wolf probably feels like it would be seen as a cash-grab/bad taste

Not yet. I hope they will.
But you might be right. I'm sure Wolfie is very aware of his fathers estate.
But damn if the 5150 iconic isn't a slam dunk. Best bro Blood rock just got the combo and he says its great.
